BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings and payments are final and non-refundable. Payment covers not only the final photographs, but the photographer’s time and expertise, reserved studio space, session preparation, equipment and materials, film costs when applicable, film processing/developing, image selection, editing, and delivery of the final gallery. These costs and services are incurred regardless of a client’s personal satisfaction with their appearance, styling, posing, image selection, or individual preferences. Refunds will not be issued after services have been booked or performed.

EDITS/REVISIONS: Final images are delivered according to the photographer’s established creative and editing style. Once final images have been delivered, any requested re-edits, alterations, or additional revisions are $25 per photo, per revision. Additional photographs provided beyond the number included in the purchased package are complimentary at the photographer’s discretion and do not alter the terms of the original booking.

RESCHEDULING: If either the client or photographer needs to reschedule, the booking will remain active and payment will be applied to the rescheduled session. If both parties agree that a reschedule is necessary, the rescheduling window will remain open until a mutually agreeable new shoot date is confirmed by both parties. There is no automatic expiration or entitlement to a refund solely because a new date has not yet been selected. The original payment remains credited toward the rescheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without refund or extension. No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable. All scheduling and rescheduling remain subject to availability.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all photographs remain the copyrighted intellectual property of the photographer. Payment for and delivery of photographs does not constitute a sale, transfer, or assignment of copyright. The client receives only the limited usage rights expressly granted within these terms.

PERSONAL & PORTFOLIO USE: Final delivered images may be used by the client for personal and professional portfolio purposes, including the client’s personal website, portfolio, social media accounts, and official modeling/talent agency portfolio page, agency website, or online model profile.

AGENCY USE: Final delivered images may be displayed on the client’s official modeling/talent agency portfolio page, agency website, or online model profile for representation and portfolio purposes without an additional licensing fee. If an agency posts, reposts, or otherwise shares an image on social media, the client is responsible for ensuring that the agency clearly credits and/or tags the photographer. This permission does not extend to an agency using the photographs for its own advertising, paid promotion, campaigns, or other commercial purposes.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Clients may post final delivered images to their personal social media accounts for personal and portfolio purposes. When posting, clients are expected to clearly tag and/or credit the photographer whenever reasonably possible. Images must remain substantially as delivered and may not be re-edited, retouched, recolored, filtered, manipulated, or otherwise materially altered without the photographer’s prior written permission.

PUBLICATION & THIRD-PARTY USE: Images may not be submitted to magazines, publications, editorials, contests, brands, press outlets, or other third parties for publication, promotion, or distribution without the photographer’s prior written consent. Any publication or expanded third-party usage is subject to approval and may require an additional licensing or usage fee.

COMMERCIAL USE: Under no circumstances may any image be used for advertising, paid promotion, marketing, product promotion, business solicitation, merchandising, endorsements, campaigns, or any other purpose intended to generate revenue or commercial benefit for the client or any other individual, business, brand, agency, or organization without the photographer’s prior written consent and payment of any applicable licensing fee.

AI USE & IMAGE ALTERATION: Absolutely no AI use or unauthorized re-editing is permitted. Images may not be uploaded, submitted, or provided to generative AI or AI image-editing systems for the purpose of generating, training, modifying, extending, retouching, face-swapping, restyling, or creating derivative imagery. Clients and third parties may not independently re-edit or materially alter final images. Any requested alteration must receive the photographer’s prior written approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

ADDITIONAL LICENSING: Any use beyond the permissions expressly granted above—including publication, commercial use, advertising, campaigns, third-party promotional use, licensing, substantial alteration, AI-related use, or other expanded usage—requires the photographer’s prior written consent and may be subject to an additional licensing or usage fee. Permission for one specific use does not constitute permission for any other use.

By completing your booking and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions prior to payment and receiving photography services.
